This year’s BBQ is being held on Thursday July 14, 2016 at 5:30 pm We’re serving up Hamburgers and request that you bring:

Reserve Fund Projects
The Board has requested quotes as a first step for the window replacement project. Consideration is being given to maintaining the appearance of the windows. There has been a suggestion for the large front window, to replace the double hung style with two casement windows on either side of two fixed panels in the middle.
We will keep you informed with the progress of this project and welcome your input.
- Privacy Fences – now that we have new decks, we are looking to complete the back yard project by replacing the privacy fences between each unit. We have requested quotes and will keep you informed of any future work to be completed.
- Windows – the 2014 engineers reserve study report indicated that windows were in fair condition and that windows of this type typically have a service life of about 25 years. We are experiencing increased maintenance and associated costs for the existing windows.

Landscaping Contract
Green Scenes is no longer able to provide us with their service. We are transitioning to a new company, Mayfair Property Maintenance for both landscaping and snow removal. Mayfair will honour the conditions of the contract that we currently have with Green Scenes.
