After a lengthy newsletter absence (2018 was a busy year for the board, so unfortunately no time to produce a newsletter), we wanted to update you on an important activity that will be happening soon at 443 Nassau Street.
Hedge Replacement Project
As you may recall from our last annual meeting, the Board of 443 Nassau Street has been investigating redoing the landscaping in front of each of our units, which is more than twenty-five years old. Residents have told us that the existing hedges have grown to the point that it is not possible for them to clean their windows. Consequently, we will have decided to replace the front hedges.
We expect the work to begin by the first week of June and take about a week to complete.
We are informing you at this time to not go ahead with your own personal plantings at the front of your unit. We will be providing you with descriptions of what you may plant in terms of scale and the overall design before the hedge replacement is complete.
