Design
The Board of Directors has been meeting with Hahn Builders to establish the design elements of the decks. Drawings have been provided by the builder and are attached below.

Site Preparation
The site must be prepared prior to November 1, 2015.
Building Schedule
The contractor has indicated that the deconstruction and building of the decks will be done in “blocks” starting with units 1 through 4 and working around the complex in numerical order. Exceptions are the decks with unique configurations; they will be built once all other decks are completed.
Some work, such as installation of concrete footings may be done throughout the complex ahead of the “block” construction in order to make best use of equipment and manpower.
Site Preparation
The site must be prepared prior to November 1, 2015.
- Green Scenes has been contracted to remove and dispose of the larger bushes etc. and to move sprinkler heads that will interfere with the construction of the decks.
- Unit owners are responsible to remove smaller plantings as indicated in the letters sent September 9, 2015.
- Unit owners are responsible to move lighter items off the decks prior to November 1. The contractor has agreed to move heavier items; however, will not be responsible for any damages that occur during the move. If you have concerns you can arrange to have your own mover do the moving.
- The contractor is arranging for a dumpster to be located on-site to dispose of the used decking material. This bin will be located in one of the alternate parking spaces. Please note that this bin is for contractor use only.
- An on-site storage location for the new lumber will be determined.
